On Thursday 27 February, the AHO Client Outcomes team joined MobReady, recipient of the Client Experience Initiative (CEI) grant 2024-2025, to facilitate its first co-design workshop for their initiative. The co-design workshop brought together valuable insights from several stakeholders who attended on the day to identify ways to collaborate effectively and share key resources to ensure the initiatives success. The co-design approach places a focus on embedding Aboriginal voices throughout the life cycle of the initiative with an Aboriginal business consultant facilitating the workshop and supporting the initial stages of this part of the process.
We would like to extend a special thank you to Aboriginal Affairs, Parklea Correctional Centre, Youth Justice and many others who joined us for this workshop and started these worthwhile discussions.
Thank you also to Leroy Maher, Director of Dhiira an Aboriginal Business Consultancy, for leading this workshop and supporting the important work behind this project and embedding a co-design approach.
