The Northern Regional Aboriginal Housing Committee (RAHC) is seeking additional committee members. People living in Northern NSW are encouraged to apply. Please refer to the AHO Northern Region (yellow area) in the map.
RAHCs enable self-determination in their local communities, allowing Aboriginal people to participate in the housing solutions that impact them.
RAHC committee members act as a key connector to community and must draw on local knowledge and housing sector experience to advise the AHO Board (and Executive Team) on housing issues and solutions that impact Aboriginal people. They bring a genuine commitment to understanding the experience of tenants and acting as a liaison between community and the AHO.
